AMP Drummond inc. is not an insurer, and the protection provided by its products is limited and not absolute in case of theft. Therefore, its responsibility is expressly limited to the warranty relating to manufacturing defects. AMP Drummond inc. reserves the right to modify the manufacturing and/or characteristics and/or design of its products without prior notice, or incur the obligation to exchange the products already sold.

You do not have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this Site. Unless we give you written permission in advance, any other use of this Site, its content and its information, including linking or framing to this Site, is strictly prohibited.

The site offers special prices for AMPLOCK products within the scope of partnership between AMP DRUMMOND INC. and the insurer APRIL-MARINE.

This Site is exclusively dedicated to new APRIL-MARINE who have subscripted to a new boat insurance.

Sharing the Site’s address (URL) is strictly prohibited.

Discounts offered on this Site are exclusively for a new boat insurance subscription.
If you have benefit once of the special partnership price, you can’t benefit it twice except in the case you will take a new boat insurance subscription from APRIL-MARINE. If not, please visit the website www.amplock.com.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to confirm it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend to check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@amplock.com.

Items on sale (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@amplock.com and we will give you the instructions for the return.

Shipping: Once we have received your request for the return/refund/exchange, we will provide you the instructions to return the item.
